Random Acts of Kindness Wales

 

After hearing  Random Acts of Kindness on Radio 2 with Richard Madeley I decided it was time to act so my start is  Open and maintain this website and start the ball rolling.

At present most of the people are so negative, I think this is because we are surrounded by negativity newspapers, news and TV in general.  So I am trying to put some positivity back in life and to help a person in need. It can be as small or as large as you want just do it..........

 

Please leave your acts of kindness so we can pass on the message and inspire people.

1) Open this website..
2) I will be at the West Wales Health show at Haverfordwest next week and for every full Bowen I do (Free of Charge) I would like people to pledge to carry out and of Act of Random Kindness to another human beings, and inspire others by listing it on this site.
All these acts of kindness will cause a ripple effect and make the world a better and and brighter place for us all to live in.
